### Service Organization
We have a dedicated after-sales service department under the sales company, responsible for managing and executing after-sales service tasks and coordinating services at various overseas offices.
## Service Principles
Provided that users strictly follow the user manual and operate normally, within one year from the date of purchase (as per the vehicle factory registration card) and with a mileage of no more than 25,000 kilometers, if product component damage occurs due to design, manufacturing, or assembly reasons, users must submit written materials to our after-sales service department within three working days. Upon confirmation by the after-sales service department, the following services will be provided:
### Three Guarantees Service
During the three guarantees period, product quality will be primarily under warranty, and repair costs will be fully waived (excluding consumables and electrical components).
### Lifetime Warranty
For products exceeding the warranty period, only related cost fees will be charged for replacement parts.
### Free Training for Operators
- Our company will arrange for professional engineers to provide on-site guidance and training in both theory and practical operations.
- Training content includes the basic theory, performance, and functions of the specialized vehicle.
- After training, operators should be able to operate the equipment proficiently and perform normal daily maintenance to resolve general technical faults.
